Being a small local business myself, I understand the hard work and efforts that we all continue to put in to growing and expanding ourselves and our business. It really does take admirable strength and determination to push forward (even when we don't want to) and to always strive for bigger and better things.

One thing I have learned lately is that STILLNESS is one of our greatest teachers. Being mindfully still helps us cultivate some of the greatest breakthroughs and ideas allowing us to evolve personally and professionally.

Last year was full of breakdowns & breakthroughs, sadness & joy. It taught me so much about myself and even through all of the pain I grew immensely into a person I am so proud to be. I hope you too can sit back and feel proud of the person you are today and if you aren’t, that too is ok! This means you have so many opportunities to practice being who you want to be. Remember thoughts become things, feelings become things. How we talk to ourselves impacts and alters the path that we walk. It is only natural to at times be filled with a deep sense of doubt. My mind often becomes flooded with uncertainty and confusion but it is in these moments that we need to sit with the uncomfortability and try to practice stillness. Embody calm, be fully present, take your time, reject distraction.

I hope you were able to take some time to slow down, rest, and rejuvenate for this new year ahead. If you aren't feeling the motivation yet, just know it's ok.

Be gentle with yourself and take this time to reflect on each area of your life.

I am looking forward to expanding this catering & events business and I will continue to follow my own path to live a wholesome, fulfilled and successful life. II will be forever grateful to be born and raised in Byron Bay and that I am able to call this place home. The land, the sea and the sand will forever give me clarity and and has been my greatest teacher yet.
