We want organising the food for your event to be effortless. We not only provide a feast for the belly but for the senses. Our spreads are bountiful and beautiful and we love making food look as good as it tastes. Sage will always go above your expectations to help create the most memorable moments for you and your people.

Why do we need to pay a security deposit?
As we grow, so does our client list. We require a security deposit to lock in your date. Why is our deposit non refundable? Because once we have locked in your event we have to turn down other bookings. We also order products in advance to ensure we are fully prepared for your special day.

Will you deliver and set everything up?
Yes of course! We want you to have the best possible experience with us and we want to eliminate any excess pressure so you can fully enjoy your day. We deliver and set up each spread on the date of your event. We have a small fee for platter and prop hire pick up and this will be added to your invoice.

Do you offer service staff?
We can! If you require service staff or you would like us to come back on the day to pack down, clean and tidy your area just ask us and we can organise that for you.

Our cancellation policy
We require full payment two weeks prior to your event.
If you book within 30 days of the event, we require payment in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel within 30 days of your event, your deposit will be retained.
If you cancel within 7—14 days of your event, you will incur 100% payment of your total invoice.

Do you cater for special and dietary requirements?
We can tailor each of our spreads to suit your needs. Most of our food can be created as gluten free, dairy free, low sugar or vegetarian. If you require a vegan spread it may incur a small fee.
If you do have a severe allergy to certain foods please have a conversation with us. We ensure our staff are following the best possible hygiene practices and are always careful when handling food. However, we can’t absolutely guarantee that there won’t be traces of allergens.
